The company, with the distinctive title “doriki” over the last 15 years, was founded in 1978 by George Vlachogiannis and since then continuously operates in the field of construction and real estate development. In 40 years of activity, it has built more than 40,000 sq.mt. of residences, office/retail spaces and underground parking spaces.
Today it has a high expertise in development, engineering and construction of buildings, a full network of partners (craftsmen/suppliers/estate agents) and a significant property portfolio (residences, office and retail spaces, plots).
The aim of the company is to provide properties and services of the highest quality.
Regarding the company’s available properties, the quality of design and construction is combined with the analysis of the market and the rigorous selection of land , to ensure the uniqueness and efficiency of each property, maximum user satisfaction and the highest resale value.
The services it provides have the same objective, for projects belonging to third parties in this case, creating buildings of special design and quality. Also the company provides full support of its buildings after the completion in repairs, amendments or other needs.

Permanent partner of the company since 1986, and shareholder in recent years, he has specialised in financial and technical management of construction sites.
Kostas Vlachogiannis, Architect Engineer NTUA
A member of the company since 2006, and a shareholder since 2008, is responsible for planning and supervising all projects of the company.
